Everything below is live. The last commit went to production this morning, so what you open on app.tourdash.io is the same code this page describes. The middle of the page is a test sheet: fifteen things to try on the live app and on the demo, with a box to tick and a line for what you saw. Your ticks stay in this browser, and one button copies them out for the call.
Counted from the git log from 1 to 6 September, and from the reports site.
One week, both sides of the marketplace, and the money made real.
Each card links to the report that goes deeper. The full commit log is at the bottom of the page if you want the day-by-day.
Stripe Connect holds the payment and transfers it after the showing. The fee is 20 percent on a $50 showing and tapers as the price rises. The wallet became a sheet with the figures in the rail and months in the ledger. Paying is what books the job. Stripe Connect
Contractors became vendors everywhere in the app. Agents got two lists with honest names, Jobs I posted and Jobs I'm covering. The board shows agent work or your trade, with vendor work beside it, and the dashboard serves both sides of an agent. Nomenclature audit, The job feed
Landing V3 flies the Short Hills market by scroll and is now written for both personas, with a door for each in the hero. The app moved to app.tourdash.io and the marketing site to tourdash.io. The waiting list page went up and the team gets an email when a lead arrives. Auth emails got a real template so signups stop landing in spam. Landing for two personas, Domain cutover
An applicant can name their own price. A showing records which MLS it is in and who can get into it. The jobs sit beside the map, nine nearby instead of three, and an empty board says why it is empty. The applications dialog reads like the booked-job dialog, and a booked job goes onto your calendar in one click. Find opportunities, My listings
The vendor directory is shelved by trade with a coverage map beside the shelves. Hire a vendor is one worksheet instead of a stack of form cards. Demo vendors sit where their ZIP says. Vendors, Hire a vendor
The lead and referral marketplace went from a shell to real tables with a reversed Stripe checkout. The lead board is a buyer's sheet and the referral book shows all at once. The sample book stays in the demo; live starts empty. Lead marketplace live
The admin page opens on Accounts with the fees Tour Dash earns first, and vendor work is its own row. Who may open it is recorded in the database, matched without regard to case. Admin command center
Every page got a way in from the phone menu and one name each. Dialogs taller than the phone can scroll, rows of buttons wrap, the map credit stopped taking a corner, and the hero asks for a signup instead of a scroll. One realtime channel per topic, and a crash is a screen rather than a blank page. Blank page outage, UI review
Where each one stands. Nothing here was promised on a date; these are the ones that landed as part of the week's work and the ones still open. The walkthrough report
Fifteen things to try. Switch between the live app and the demo up here and every button below follows. The live app is your real account on real data. The demo runs the same screens on a sample account (Dana Whitfield, Short Hills) with a switcher in the banner for the vendor accounts, and it never touches the database. Tick what you tried, pick a result, and write what you saw. Copy results at the bottom puts it all on the clipboard.
