Landing page for two personas

The landing page was written for one person: an agent handing off a showing. The app has moved on. An agent now posts work, takes work on open days, hires vendors for a listing and trades leads, and a vendor signs up to get booked for the work around a sale. The page had to say so, in its words and in its pictures. This pass rewrites every line for both sides and re-shoots every screen from the app as it is today.

Scope Hero, a new agents-and-vendors section, the four steps, cost, trust, the vendor card and the close; seven screens re-shot on both grounds; sign-up doors that skip the account-type question Status Committed to main on 2026-09-05, verified at 390 and 1440 in both themes with no horizontal overflow and a clean console. Deploy on Michael's word.

What the page says now

The headline is "Every job around a home sale, covered", Michael's pick from three, and it is true for both people reading it. The line under it names who posts, who applies and when the money moves. There are two doors: an amber one for agents, because an agent posts the work everything else depends on, and an outline one for vendors. Each lands on sign-up with the account type already chosen.

The hero on the light ground. The map behind it is the same one the app uses, with the sample market's jobs on it.
The same hero on the dark ground
The dark ground. Every screenshot on the page is captured twice, so the pictures match the ground the visitor chose.

Built for both sides of the job

A new section sets the two personas side by side. Each column opens with the screen that person sees every morning, then the four things they come to Tour Dash to do, then their own door. For an agent: get coverage, earn on open days, hire vendors for your listings, buy and sell leads. For a vendor: set your trade and radius, apply or send a quote, get booked, get paid without chasing. Referrals are left out on purpose, because the app says they are not open yet.

The screens, re-shot

Every screenshot on the old page showed the app before the dashboard, the hover pass, the calendar button and the vendor board changes. All seven are re-shot from the demo at 1360 by 900, twice, and three are new to the page: the agent dashboard, the vendors directory and the vendor's Find work board.

The agent dashboard
The agent's morning: the week as a strip, the next job with a countdown, who is waiting.
The vendor's Find work board
The vendor's board: five photography jobs inside their radius, one of them sent straight to them.
Posted jobs with applicants and the Add to Google Calendar button
Posted jobs, with the applicants on each and the new calendar button, behind step three of the four.

Two sections re-set the same evening

Michael asked for a revamp of the trust section and pointed at an imbalance in the hand-off grid. Who shows up now sits beside the real Review applicants dialog, shot from the demo, with the five facts read off it in one frame. Every job you can hand off is four equal columns with the rule on top, so nothing lands at four different heights.

What else changed

ChangeWhat it does
Sign-up doors/signup takes ?as=agent or ?as=vendor and opens on the form for that side, so the two hero buttons skip the question the visitor already answered.
The four stepsSame shape, re-read for both sides: step two says a job sent to a saved vendor reaches them first; step three names the applicant's price; step four mentions Google Calendar.
Cost and trustCost says joining and applying are free and the fee comes out of a booked job. Trust says it applies whichever side of the job you are on.
The vendor card"Vendors, the jobs come to you", with a door to the vendor sign-up and a link to the public feed at tourdash.io/jobs.
The close"Cover the work, or be the one who covers it", one Get started button.
Map flightA waypoint for the new section, so the camera holds and dims behind the two screenshots instead of flying through them.
