On Saturday the October UX review listed the places where the app makes people wait, guess or repeat themselves, and drew eight proposals to fix them. By Monday evening the trust fix it put first and all eight proposals were live on app.tourdash.io, and the code is backed up on GitHub.
When each change was committed. The letters match the proposals in the review.
Until today, every profile had a Leave review button, and the database only checked who was writing. Anyone with an account could put a one-star review on anyone else. Now a review needs a completed job between the two people, and each side gets one review per job. The database enforces that rule as well as the button, so a direct request can't get around it. That change ran on the live database this morning.
Paying used to drop you back on the page with no word about whether it worked. Now a payment that went through gets a message. One that's still clearing shows a "Confirming your payment" row until Stripe confirms it, and a cancelled one says so. A job that's done and waiting to be paid now has a Pay now button on the dashboard and the calendar, so you don't have to dig through Posted jobs to find it.
When a vendor gets paid used to be described a different way on almost every screen. It now comes from one place in the code, so it reads the same everywhere. The agent's cost is worked out once and shown the same way on every page. The wallet splits what you can take out now from what's still pending.
Things you withdrew, declined or dismissed used to vanish from the list without a word. Now they stay, with a line saying what happened, and declining an invite asks you first. There was also a real bug underneath: any toast raised while a page was loading was thrown away. That's fixed, so messages like "your payment went through" now actually show up.
The dashboard's Needs you list now flags a post for today or tomorrow that has no applicants as Nobody yet, with a dashed border. Each card has two fixes that open in a small dialog: Raise the pay, or Send to agents to send it to a few people you pick by name. Once its date has passed with nobody booked, a post moves to Done as Expired and gets a Repost with a new date button. The calendar marks unfilled days the same way and offers to post a job for that day.

Talk about an application used to live in a separate dialog, so a reply was easy to miss. Application threads now sit in Messages next to booked jobs, under "Applications · 1 your turn", and you can reply right there. On a phone, the More tab shows a badge with the count. Notifications now group by job, show up to 50, and give you five seconds to undo a dismiss.

The apply dialog used to ask for a message and a price with almost nothing about the job. Now the top of it repeats the job: type, address, time, what it pays you, and who posted it, with their rating. If the time overlaps something you're already booked on or have applied for, it says which one. If your payouts aren't set up, it says that too. Once you've applied, a confirmation names the agent and links to My jobs. My jobs also flags any pending application that clashes with a booked job and puts Withdraw first.

The board has a new button, Alert me about jobs like this. It saves the area and job types the board is showing, plus an optional minimum pay. When a matching public job is posted, the person gets an in-app notice and an email right away. You picked instant email only: no digest, and no texts until the 10DLC registration is through. A vendor only ever hears about their own trade. Nobody gets more than eight alerts a day, and the "New-job alerts" switch in email settings turns them off without signing in.
The board also remembers the area and filters you last searched, instead of jumping back to your profile's radius every time you open it.
The matching was tested on the live database with a test that undoes itself when it finishes. A job 2 miles away matched. One 40 miles away didn't, and neither did one paying less than the minimum. Nothing was left behind and no email went out.

Pressing Post on a half-filled form used to give one toast per press, naming one field each time, and nothing on the page stayed marked. Now every gap is marked in red where it is, and the footer lists them as links: "3 things left: Date, Price, Who sees it". The list shrinks as you fill them in.
The form also remembers. It fills in what you paid last time for that kind of job and who you sent it to, with a note saying so. If you leave the page halfway through, the draft is still there when you come back, with a Start over link. Finished jobs in Posted jobs offer Leave a review for 14 days and Post again, which fills in everything except the day. Vendor work says Hire again and keeps the same person picked. Open public posts get Copy link.
Hire a vendor got the same red marks, a photo uploader so stagers and cleaners can see the rooms, and a "Hire someone again" chip that keeps the person instead of making you find them again on the last step. On a phone, its main button stays pinned above the tab bar.
